Our main dish, Rodizio, represents a typical cuisine from the south of Brazil. Which combines a full buffet with salad bar and over 18 varieties of meat, lightly seasoned, skewered and cooked over an open pit barbeque using hardwood charcoal. Then served hot at your table, all you can eat.
