A family tradition originating in the southern most region of Brazil, Rio Grande do sul. Gauchos, the Brazilian equivalent of American cowboys, would carve deliciously roasted meat for friends and family.
Brasilia Grill churrascaria, is a restaurant in which various meats are cooked on skewers over an open fire using natural hardwood charcoal. The meats are then served table side steaming hot and fresh, this is called rodizio. More Brazilian Rodizio
